I am Ashwaq Soud Al-Rawahi, a passionate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional with a strong commitment to promoting workplace safety and fostering a culture of risk management. With a B.Sc. in Health and Safety Management and years of hands-on experience, I specialize in HSE training and management, delivering accredited courses like NEBOSH and Highfield certifications.

Currently serving as the Acting Institute Manager at Quality Training Institute in Muscat, I oversee operations, staff development, and policy implementation to ensure organizational excellence. I am also the Chairperson of the IIRSM Oman Branch and Member Executive Vice President of Oman HSE Professionals, actively contributing to professional development and safety awareness in the region.

I have conducted numerous charitable training sessions, sharing my expertise to enhance safety awareness and build capabilities in underserved communities. My expertise includes risk assessment, accident investigation, and compliance with ISO standards, coupled with a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
