  • Avoid common calculation and interpretation errors that lead to unsafe decisions
  • Link calculated values to regulatory limits (OSHA, NIOSH, ISO, ACGIH)
  • Strengthen risk assessments, permits and monitoring programmes using validated calculations

 Mohammad Farhat Ali Khan, Corporate Health and Safety Manager - Milaha

Mohammad Farhat Ali Khan is a senior HSSEQ leader with over 25 years of experience across oil & gas, maritime, logistics, infrastructure, power and industrial operations. He currently serves as Corporate Health and Safety Manager at Milaha (Qatar Navigation), providing strategic oversight for enterprise-level HSSEQ governance, regulatory compliance, and integrated management systems across diversified business units.

Farhat is widely recognised for translating complex technical and analytical concepts into practical, field-applicable safety decisions. His expertise spans HSE performance analytics, lifting and operational risk, occupational exposure assessment, and system-based risk reduction.

A regular speaker at international professional forums, Farhat actively contributes to capability-building within the HSE community through technical sessions, mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives. His work focuses on strengthening organisational resilience by improving the accuracy, interpretation and application of safety-critical calculations.
