In this webinar, we’ll look at the Johari Window with it’s 4 aspects of our personalities (what we know and don’t know about ourselves and what others know/ don’t know about us).

We'll use this model to improve real‑world safety conversations, considering how increasing shared understanding and reducing blind spots can help us approach discussions more openly, build trust, and have more effective safety conversations with others.
