In this interactive webinar, we will be joined by Lisa Whittleton, Workplace wellbeing consultant, to explore what really works in terms of supporting mental health at work. According to the latest Good Work Index, 42% of UK working adults have experienced a mental health condition in the past 12 months, and 25% believe their job has a negative impact on their overall health.

There is a recognised disconnect between:

1) the increasing investment and initiatives put in place by organisations and employees not seeing or feeling the benefit

2) what we know works in terms of best practice and what is practical/reasonable for small to medium organisations to implement

Attendees will learn:

  • What the current landscape is in terms of wellbeing at work
  • How to measure wellbeing within their organisation and identify key priorities
  • What interventions are having the most impact and how to implement these so that they are effective
  • The benefits of including preventative, proactive and reactive supports within the workplace, and examples of what these look like
  • How to effectively incorporate wellbeing within existing health and safety policies / practices
  • Where to go for further specialist support

Lisa will bring her background in business psychology and experience helping organisations to develop and implement wellbeing strategies to provide you with practical takeaways and answer any questions you have on how to get this right.
