Improving your IIRSM mentoring experience

We’re pleased to announce the launch of IIRSM’s new mentoring platform. This change marks the next step in our wider digital transformation, bringing key member services together in a more seamless and accessible way while improving the overall mentoring experience. 

If you are an active IIRSM member and previously had a mentoring account with us, you can now log in using your MYIIRSM credentials. Access the mentoring platform here.

If you are a IIRSM member and new to our mentoring scheme, you can register here.

This update means: 

• No separate or additional login details to remember 

• Easier navigation between mentoring and other member services 

The new platform puts members in control of their mentoring journey, allowing you to explore opportunities and make connections that best suit your goals and interests. 

With the new mentoring platform, you can: 

• Browse the directories to find available mentors or mentees 

• Explore member profiles to understand experience, interests, and mentoring preferences 

• Create a post introducing your mentoring needs  

• Connect directly with other members to start conversations and build mentoring relationships that work for you 

Rather than automated matching, the platform offers the flexibility to find and connect with someone who aligns with your professional goals, ambitions, and expectations.

Member information from the previous platform has been securely synced to the new system. As part of the upgrade, we’ve also introduced new and updated profile areas to allow you to search for mentors and mentees that align with your goals more effectively. Members are encouraged to log in and review their details by visiting My Profile to ensure everything is up to date. 

Once logged in, members will also find Getting Started guidance and FAQs to help them explore the platform and make the most of its features. Posting an introduction is strongly encouraged, as this helps other members understand your background and how they might connect with you. 

The new mentoring platform reflects IIRSM’s commitment to enhancing member services through thoughtful digital innovation. By simplifying access and improving usability, we aim to support meaningful professional development and stronger connections across our community.
