Louise Hosking is a transformational executive and board-ready leader with over 30 years’ experience across environmental health, safety, wellbeing and social sustainability in public, private and third-sector organisations. A Past President and Chair of Council at Institution of Occupational Safety & Health, she brings strong governance judgement, regulatory insight and people-centred leadership to complex, regulated and member-led environments. Louise is known for integrating health, safety and wellbeing into organisational purpose to support better risk-informed decision-making. She is currently in a deliberate transition phase following a fixed-term transformation role, contributing through governance, judging, speaking and advisory work while selecting her next executive or non-executive appointment.
