Louise Hosking

Louise is a transformational leader and global influencer passionate about the potential to unlock abilities within people to create healthy, high performing and psychologically safe empowered and enabled teams who create value. She has over 30years of experience working across the public, private and 3rd sectors and a wide range of industries within the UK and overseas. Louise served as IOSH President and Chair of Council in 2022, concluding 6 years in their Presidential team in November 2023. Louise is Executive Director of Environmental Health at Chartered Institute of Environmental Health representing members focused on creating positive public health outcomes in work and across communities locally, nationally and internationally via public health, food safety, environmental protection, housing and health and safety. CIEH’s vision is to create safer, cleaner, healthier environments for the benefit of all. Louise holds an executive role at the CIEH and is responsible for member engagement, policy, external affairs, events, conferences and enhancing the visibility of the profession.
