Melissa Fazackerley

Recognised as one of IIRSM’s 40 under 40 in 2018 and the winner of IIRSM's President's Commendation Award in 2025, Melissa is a fellow of IIRSM and is the founder and director of her own risk management and executive coaching consultancy, Dimension H&S Ltd supporting multimillion pound companies, globally, in their strategic risk management strategies. She is the Founder and chair of The Safety Social, a growing professional network of over 100 health and safety professionals in the North West of England, providing CPD, support and friendship with charitable objectives at its heart.

She has a unique blend of skills and personality that makes her an effective leader in our industry. Her planning skills, tenacity in overcoming obstacles, management skills, and her genuine interest in the progression of others make her an exceptional leader in our industry.
