Nicola Pakenham-Walsh

Nicola Pakenham-Walsh serves as the Head of Risk Assurance at EMCOR UK, where she orchestrates the implementation of an all-encompassing risk management framework and oversees business continuity, quality, and security assurance protocols. Launching her professional journey with EMCOR UK in 2008, Nicola is an alumna of Sheffield Hallam University, holding a Law degree. Her initial post-graduation path led to her qualification as a Health and Safety Advisor, and she has since dedicated over a decade to advancing the company’s health and safety initiatives, particularly through the development of its behavioural safety program. As an integral component of EMCOR UK’s leadership, Nicola actively contributes as the Co-Chair of the Creating Balance (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) Team and plays a strategic role on the Women in EMCOR UK Committee.
