Sophie Kinson-Williams

Sophie is the Client and Operations Manager at Barnett Waddingham and is responsible for the BW Risk Portal, a platform of practical resources aimed at helping risk professionals and other decision-makers improve their risk and resilience practices. She also oversees the operations within the Risk Advisory & Analytics practice, including managing an advisory and consulting panel, sits on the steering group for the implementation of a new risk management software tool, and is also a member of Barnett Waddingham’s Employer Consulting Training and Development Committee. Prior to this, Sophie has vast experience working in risk and safety professional bodies, where she held director level roles covering the development of educational products, marketing, corporate partnerships, membership and operations.
