Zoe Hayes

Zoe Hayes is BBC’s Head of Health & Safety (SSR) and is on the Board of Directors for Commonwealth Games Wales combining her OSH qualifications with her risk management and governance skillset.

Zoe spent several years in the construction industry before moving into the sports, media and entertainment sector and specialising in safety and risk management. As the global OSH lead for the Endeavor group of companies, Zoe’s experience included working across major sporting events in India, Indonesia and Singapore before joining the BBC to lead their Health and Safety functions.

Zoe previously studied at University College London and now studying for an MBA with Cranfield.
