Risk and emergency management specialist Eddistone Consulting Ltd has become an IIRSM partner to enhance its work with high-risk UK and international organisations.

Eddistone provides consultancy, training and simulation exercises for the management of risk, continuity planning and responding to emergencies and crises.

The company provides accredited training courses for duty holders, identified in the UK CoMAH regulations. Eddistone won the First Class Instructor-Led Provider of the Year Award at the 2024 RoSPA Qualification Awards, recognising Eddistone’s commitment to deliver high-quality training.

Eddistone also runs the National Response Academy which provides learning and development that meets and exceeds requirements of the regulator or competent authority and enables organisations to achieve best-practice response capability. Eddistone has worked with more than 200 corporate clients spanning a broad range of industries, including chemical, energy, oil and gas, marine, utilities, pharmaceutical, transport and storage. The team also works with local government, universities and other organisations where a high level of risk management and safety performance is required.
